Grand Hotel Flora

The ambience was generally likeable, good atmoshphere Italian poolside hotel in a beach town. Staff was helpful, which we needed as we wanted to have an upgrade, which we have been given for a fair price. Breakfast was good quality, not limited to the typical Italian pastries, but there have always been quality fruit, and smoked salmon, which is a bonus.

The hotel is nice, clean, great location The issue was we booked the room as in pictures in booking with balcony, once we arrived they told us that we booked smaller room without balcony but they offered an upgrade with 30$ per day. However, after a long conversation they accepted to get us in the room without paying 30$ as a gesture !! Another issue is the toilet had a bad smell Otherwise, I would recommend staying there as it’s very nice room, good space, nice location, a little bit pricey

Room was big, clean, recently renovated, and have a nice design. Location is good, breakfast was also nice, nothing to complain about

The hotel is very nice and renovated. We were upgraded with no cost from a classic room to a renovated room, receptionist was very kind with us. We really enjoyed the breakfast variety and the staff was very welcoming! The swimming pool was very good size and we enjoyed our few days buy the pool and bar We also liked that hotel had a car park, and the guys look after our car well and when we needed they will being it to the main door. Although there were a cost of 20e a day

The staff was truly wonderful – always smiling, kind, and very helpful in explaining everything. The rooms were beautiful, newly renovated and modern (after I upgraded and moved to the new, clean side of the hotel). The location was perfect – right at the entrance to Sorrento, with everything within walking distance and no need for a car. Overall, a great stay!
